Leptospira Test Kit (RT-PCR)
Product Features:
High Specificity: Amplification is performed using PCR technology.
High Sensitivity: Detection sensitivity can reach below 1000 copies/μL.
Simple Operation: Amplification is carried out using a one-step PCR technique, where the reverse transcription step and PCR amplification are completed in a single-tube reaction mixture.
Product Description:
This kit employs a one-step PCR technique combined with specific primers to amplify the target gene in vitro. Agarose gel electrophoresis is then used to detect the PCR amplification products. Based on the results of the specific amplified fragments, the presence or absence of the target gene in the tested sample can be determined, achieving qualitative analysis of the test results. This kit offers advantages such as high sensitivity, strong specificity, short reaction time, simple operation, and low cost.
Application:
This kit is suitable for detecting the DNA of Leptospira (LEP), for use as an auxiliary diagnostic tool in LEP infections. The test results are for reference only. This product does not provide live samples for positive controls but includes synthetic specific DNA fragments as positive controls, intended solely for scientific research by professionals and not for clinical diagnosis or treatment purposes.
Storage: -20℃±5℃, dark storage, transport, repeated freezing and thawing less than 7 times
