Listeria monocytogenes is a gram-positive microbacterium that can grow between 4℃ and 45℃. It is one of the main pathogens that threaten human health in refrigerated food. The main manifestations of infection are septicemia, meningitis and mononucleosis. This kit is suitable for the qualitative detection of Listeria monocytogenes in food, water samples, feces, vomit, bacterium-enhancing liquid and other samples using the principle of real-time fluorescence PCR.The kit is an ALL-READY PCR SYSTEM(Lyophilized), which contains the DNA amplification enzyme, reverse transcriptase, reaction buffer, specific primers and probes required for fluorescent PCR detection.
