ProGRP (Pro-gastrin-releasing peptide) is the precursor to gastrin-releasing peptide (GRP), a gut hormone that is also present in nerve fibers, brain, and in neuroendocrine cells of the fetal lung. ProGRP is an important biomarker for SCLC, particularly for early diagnosis, assessing treatment effects, and early detection of tumor recurrence.

The monoclonal antibody has a calculated MW of 160 kDa.
