Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) is a glycoprotein specifically produced by prostate cells and is a normal component of semen. PSA is a serine protease enzyme that belongs to the kallikrein family and is involved in the liquefaction of semen. It is also the most widely recognized biomarker for prostate cancer and is used in the diagnosis, staging, and monitoring of treatment effectiveness for prostate cancer.

The monoclonal antibody has a calculated MW of 160 kDa.
