Product Description:

The canine CPV-CCV Ag combination test is based on sandwich-type lateral flow immuno-chromatography analysis. The test card has two test windows for observing test runs and result readings. The test window has invisible T (test) and C (control) areas before running the measurement. When the treated sample is applied to the sample hole on the device, the liquid flows horizontally across the surface of the test strip and reacts with the pre-coated monoclonal antibody. If there are CPV or CCV antigens in the specimen, a visible T-line appears. In this way, the device can accurately indicate the presence of small viral antigens or antigens in the sample.

Canine Parvo COR CPV CCV Ag Combo Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the differential diagnosis of canine parvo virus antigen (CPV Ag) and canine CCV Ag in dog's feces or vomit specimen.
